⚠️ Known Issues (Will be addressed in Update 1 / 2025.2)
- ReFS 3.14 support: Volume-level backup of ReFS 3.14 (Windows Server 2025) works, but file-level restore from those backups may fail for files >1TB. Workaround: use volume restore.
- macOS Sequoia Beta: Backup of APFS encrypted home folders fails unless SIP partial lockdown enabled. We are awaiting Apple API changes.
- Synology DSM 7.2+: Backups to SMB shares with “Opportunistic Locking” disabled take 2x longer. Enable Oplocks as a temporary workaround.
- OneDrive files on demand: If left in online-only state, they are skipped from backup unless “Download for backup” is checked in plan options.
