Official versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops II were never released for the PlayStation Portable (PSP). Therefore, no official "Black Ops 2 PPSSPP zip file" exists.
However, you will not get:
- Download the “Fixed ZIP file” from a trusted source like CDRomance or Archive.org.
- Verify the file size (should be 300–600MB compressed).
- Extract and move the ISO to your PPSSPP
PSP/GAME folder.
- Apply the Vulkan + Frame Skip settings from this guide.
- Enjoy the closest thing to BO2 on mobile – no root, no jailbreak.
If you only see a PSP_GAME folder and UMD_DATA.BIN, then the ZIP was an unencrypted folder structure. In that case, use UMDGen to repack it into an ISO.
Jonah copied the ISO into a new folder, nervously watched the patcher hum, and felt that brief, ridiculous thrill of someone who thinks they can bend luck to their will. The patcher finished. The files were altered—timestamped, renamed—and a new .iso sat heavy and patient on his drive. He opened PPSSPP, loaded the image, and the old opening cutscene breathed into being, crackling with nostalgia.
