Issue 1: "CivilCAD.arx cannot be loaded. Reason: Invalid ARX file."
- Cause: AutoCAD 2023 security blocks unsigned ARX files.

OPTIONS→Systemtab →Security→Load ARX/DBX applications→ Select "Load from all locations" (not recommended permanently, but for testing). Apply and restart.
