Creating a custom PKG file to run PS2 Classics on a PS3 (especially for a title as beloved as Bully) is a great way to enjoy the "Scholarship Edition" roots on hardware it wasn't originally native to.

To successfully create and install this custom PKG, you will need:

Customize (Optional): You can drag and drop images into the GUI to change how the game looks on your PS3 home screen (XMB).

• gs_upscale_multiplier = 2 → 720p internal rendering (reduces flicker).
• ee_cycle_rate = 1.0 → Prevents audio crackling on 4.21 CFW.
• skip_draw_start/end → Removes black bars and fixes ghosting.

1. Download Bully_Widescreen_PS2.pnach (from the PS2 Wide project).
2. Use PS2 Patch Engine to apply the .pnach directly to SLUS_212.69.
3. Then proceed with PS2 Classics GUI.

Step 1: Extract and Prepare the Emulator

• Install PS2 Classics GUI on your Windows PC.
• Place your PS2U10000_421.PKG (the 4.21 base emulator) into the user folder of the GUI app. If the GUI doesn’t have a folder, simply note its location; the tool will extract it internally.
