- Beginner Mode: Enable it. The original "Normal" mode is brutal for newcomers. Beginner Mode halves the stat decay rate and makes Digimon live longer. You can switch back to Normal at any time.
- The Toilet Mechanic: Always carry a portable toilet (bought from the shop). If your Digimon poops in battle, they become stunned. That is a run-ending disaster.
- Training vs. Battling: While gym training is safe, battling wild Digimon gives you much higher stat gains. The risk is injury or death. Balance both.
- Recruit Early: Focus on recruiting the Tanemon (which unlocks the vegetable farm) and the ModokiBetamon (which unlocks the trading post). These town upgrades are essential for mid-game survival.
- Save Often: Use the save points (the red phones). Do not rely on auto-save.
