1. Do not unzip the individual games. MAME reads .zip files natively.
2. Drop all 200+ zip files directly into your MAME /roms directory.
3. Open MAME and press F5 (Refresh).
4. If you see a "yellow" or "red" warning icon, run the Audit tool. The "UPD" part of the update will automatically fix your file structure.
