Note: Do not open the game yet! If you do, it will show a "0/0mb" screen because the data is missing. Move the OBB: Navigate to your folder and find the Move (cut/paste) it to this specific path: Internal Storage > Android > obb > com.ea.game.pvz2_rfl com.ea.game.pvz2_rfl folder doesn't exist, create it manually.
