For smaller patches or version updates (like moving from Platform 2023 Update 1 to Update 2), use the built-in Download Manager: Updates via the Download Manager - Eplan Overview Method 2: Manual Download from the EPLAN

Start Update: Click [Start] to begin the download and installation process. Execute: Click Next and then Install

Execute: Click Next and then Install. The process may take anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes depending on your system speed.

Master Data Import: Once the software update finishes, EPLAN will often ask if you want to update your Master Data (Smart Schemes, Plot Frames, etc.). It is generally recommended to select "Yes" to ensure your libraries match the software build.

Restart: Reboot your computer to finalize the registry changes.

Select Components: The manager will list installed components and highlight newer versions. Select the ones you want to update and click Start .
