The Prism (spoiler name: H.I.V.E.) is widely considered one of the most versatile and adaptable classes in Frosthaven
- Turn 1 (Fast Initiative, Bolt Mode): Run into the center of a room. Use a bottom action to drop Glimmer in your hex. Use a top action to drop another Glimmer 2 hexes away.
- Turn 2 (Slow Initiative, Blade Mode): Let monsters move. They will walk over your hexes hopefully, but Glimmers don't trigger on monster movement; they trigger on your actions.
- Turn 2 (Resolution): Play Prismatic Barrage. Target the Glimmer behind the elite. The attack bounces to the Glimmer next to you, then to the Glimmer in the doorway.
- Result: Four enemies take Attack 2 + modifiers. You have moved twice. You haven't taken a single hit.
