GTA V Update 1.38 was a major content patch released in March 2017

1. Insert your GTA V PS4 disc (original 2014 print run—not the "Premium Edition").
2. Disable internet on your PS4 (Settings > Network > Uncheck "Connect to the Internet").
3. Delete existing game data (not your saved game files) from Storage.
4. Reinstall from disc. You will be at base version 1.00.
5. To get to 1.38 specifically, you would need to download update files via a USB proxy (advanced modding required). Not recommended for standard players.
