Navigating this game requires managing complex systems like incubation mechanics, scene triggers, and region-specific exploration.
- Sacrifice 10 Worker Ants to summon a Queen Mother.
- The Queen Mother does zero damage but doubles the range of all adjacent insects.

8. Secret Achievements & Easter Eggs
- "No One Escapes" : Beat Wave 50 without letting a single enemy reach the exit. Reward: Gold Carapace skin.
- "The Ant-agonist" : Use only Ants (no spiders, beetles, or flies) to beat Wave 30. Reward: Player Icon.
- "Remake Nostalgia" : In the main menu, click the original 2009 icon in the bottom left 10 times. This unlocks the Classic UI (pixel art mode).
- "Charlie Work" : Let the prison reach 100% filth. Then build 50 Dung Beetles. Reward: Bird cameo that eats 1 enemy.
- Wave 1: Build 1 Worker Ant (Harvest Jelly) and 1 Soldier Ant (Block).
- Wave 3: Upgrade your Queen's Chamber to Level 2. Do not save for the Bombardier Beetle yet – it’s a trap in the early game.
- Wave 5 (First Boss - Giant Earwig): The Earwig charges in a straight line. Build a single Web Weaver at the choke point. Slow is king.
- Wave 8: Place your first Trapdoor Spider in the middle of the map, not at the entrance. This reveals the first Mantis Stalkers.
Patch 2.1.2 End Game Tier List:
- Insect escapes: Develop strategies to prevent and respond to insect escapes, minimizing the risk of security breaches.
- Insect conflicts: Manage conflicts between insects, and find solutions to prevent future conflicts.
- Resource shortages: Develop contingency plans to address resource shortages and maintain the prison's operations.
Act II — Fractures
- The Web Yoink – pulls you back if you run straight.
- The Stomp Wave – jump over it (timing is strict).
- The Fake Death – after 50% HP, it plays dead. Do not approach. It explodes into spiderlings.
