1. Place your original Hitman_Reborn_BA.iso in a folder.
2. Open XDelta UI.
3. Select the original ISO as "Patch Source."
4. Select the .xdelta patch file.
5. Click "Apply Patch" and rename the output (e.g., Hitman_Reborn_BA_ENG.iso).
6. Copy the new ISO to your PSP /ISO/ folder.
7. Hold the select button on your PSP to reset the VSH menu, or simply launch via PPSSPP.
