Issue 2: Short on +3V or +5V Rail

• Symptom: Power supply clicks or thermal camera shows a hot spot.
• Boardview use: Click the net +3VALW. The boardview will highlight every single component connected to that rail. Visually scan the list for suspicious capacitors (e.g., PC401). Check its coordinates (X: 125.4, Y: 78.2) and physically locate it on the board. Remove and test.
