You cannot activate Nitro Pro 9 using a modern installer from the official Nitro website. Nitro has removed legacy installers from their main download page. You must have the specific .exe file for version 9. If you lost it, you may need to search reputable software archives (always scan for viruses) or check your old "Downloads" folder. 1. Do not use the standard web form. It will route you to a bot.
2. Email: support@gonitro.com with the subject line: "URGENT: Reset activations for Legacy Nitro Pro 9 – Serial: [Last 5 digits]"
3. In the body, state: "My hard drive failed catastrophically. I cannot deactivate remotely. I have my original purchase email. Please reset my activation count to zero."
4. Attach: A screenshot of your purchase receipt OR a photo of your CD key sticker.
