- Download the latest full protocol pack (often called
PCMflash_Protocols_2024.zip). - Extract the
.updfiles. - Copy them into your PCMflash installation directory:
C:\ProgramData\PCMflash\Protocols\ - Overwrite all existing files.
- Run PCMflash as Administrator. Error 121 should now be resolved.
