1. Download the Update 1.4 .cia file from a reputable 3DS ROM archive (verify the SHA-1 hash).
2. Open Citra → File → Install CIA.
3. Select the downloaded .cia file.
4. Launch Pokémon Omega Ruby. The version number in the bottom-left corner should change from Ver. 0.0 to Ver. 1.4.
