Sims 4 Build — More Than 4 Floors Mod !new!
The Sims 4 does not currently have a widely used, functional mod that directly increases the 4-floor above-ground build limit. While older games like The Sims 2 had specific cheats for this, The Sims 4 remains restricted to 4 stories above ground and 4 stories below ground (basements), allowing for a total of 8 levels per lot.

- [ ] You have at least 16GB of RAM (to handle the lag).
- [ ] You are comfortable updating mods after every game patch.
- [ ] You want to build a skyscraper, a 10-story dungeon, or a floating wizard tower.
- Unlimited Verticality (Theoretically): You can build up to floor 20, 30, or even 100. In practice, stability issues arise around floor 15-20.
- Full Wall, Floor, and Roof Tool Access: All standard build tools (wall builder, room tool, sledgehammer) work on floors 5+.
- Basement Expansion: You can also dig deeper than the standard 4 basement levels, though the camera becomes nightmarish below level 6.

Technique 3: The Split-Level Illusion
Normally, split-level homes are hard. With unlimited floors, you can have a living room on Floor 1, an office on Floor 2 (half a wall up), and a dining room on Floor 3 (another half wall up), creating a stepped amphitheater effect without cheats.
