While Skope is a well-known brand for commercial refrigeration and display cabinets, they are not a primary manufacturer of heated towel rails. Most "Skope" towel rail timers found in homes are likely third-party controllers installed alongside the rail, such as those from Heirloom, Intelliswitch, or CABAC.
