There is no cheat code that instantly plays the ending credits or hidden cutscenes without you playing through the game. However, you can unlock all costumes (which changes the character model in the cinematics) instantly.
Do you have to play the whole game twice? No. Once you beat the game, you can use Level Select to jump straight to the final mission, beat Vader again, and choose the other option to unlock the second ending movie.
