The work often referred to as Tafsir al-Kashani is formally titled Ta’wilat al-Qur’an (The Esoteric Interpretations of the Qur’an). It was authored by the 14th-century Sufi scholar ‘Abd al-Razzaq al-Kashani (d. 1329–1335) .
