It took 20 years for v010 to arrive.
The air was thick—brine and old perfume. Shelves stretched into impossible darkness, lined with jars of coiled things, polyps in formaldehyde, suction cups the size of dinner plates. A counter sat in the center of the room, and behind it stood a girl.
Setting — Tentacle Mart
- A compact, labyrinthine night market that appears between dusk and dawn, tucked in an alley that wasn’t there earlier.
- Stalls run by merchants who trade strange goods: bottled storms, whispering maps, memory beads, and living textiles.
- Atmosphere: saturated neon, rain-slick cobblestones, soft hum of bioluminescent signage, occasional ripples in the air like a pond.
