Problem 2: Printer Offline (But it’s plugged in)

  1. Open printmanagement.msc.
  2. Click Printers Not Ready under Custom Filters.
  3. Right-click the offline printer > Properties > Ports tab.
  4. If the port is WSD-xxxx, change it to a Standard TCP/IP Port with the correct IP address.
  5. Uncheck SNMP Status Enabled (This often flips printers to offline incorrectly).
